I hope your Friday is going great so far!  Today I wanted to share a little update with you for my upcoming book which I can't wait to share! The Striped Passions Series will come full circle with Yearning Fur Stripes, Book 5. In the first book, Hot Fur Stripes, you may remember there was a string of shifter murders, where at the end of the story, a man was arrested and charged and the case appeared to have been solved. But the case isn’t closed…the real killer has not been caught. Special agent Dana Teslyk who questioned Jasmine about Calvin Simmons’ murder,  will be the heroine of this upcoming tale and she and her hunksome partner are on the hunt for an elusive shooter. I have just finished a short story introduction (approx. 10 pages) called Fire In His Stripes; it features an alternate beginning to Terrence Devereux’s journey to claiming the heart of Jasmine Moore, his one true mate. Striped Passions Series- The Beginning

My journey into the paranormal romance genre began with a sexy novella called Hot Fur Stripes, Book 1 in the Striped Passions Series. Now, one thing constant about writing life, is change. And Hot Fur Stripes was no exception. This story was outlined and partially written around 2012 and it wasn’t until about four years later that I decided to dust it off and make it complete. Here are some little to unknown facts about that first book. ~~Hot Fur Stripes, like many stories, was intended to be a standalone but developed into a five book series. ~~The initial setting was in the countryside and not an urban location. ~~The tiger shifter hero of the tale, Terrence Devereux was a custom furniture maker and not a billionaire. And he was a wolf in the original story. ~~Jasmine and Terrence first met at a bar, where he had protected her from being assaulted (he kicked ass of course!). ~~Terrence had moved to the town where Jasmine lived to escape discrimination he was facing because...
